Due to ongoing requests for expanded therapist availability during evenings or weekends, AMH is introducing a new subscription option.
Spots are limited, so interested clients are encouraged to contact the office to learn more or secure their place.
What are the AMH subscription plans?
Beginning in January 2025, selected Alliance Mental Health therapists will be offering after hours and weekend appointments on a limited basis. These appointments will be available only as part of our subscription program. Please note that subscription plans are not covered by insurance, and must be purchased as a self-pay option.
AMH Subscription Tiers: The following three tiers of subscription are currently available to clients:
Bronze: $150. Receive one one-hour in-person or telehealth appointment with your provider.
Silver: $300. Receive two one-hour in-person or telehealth appointments with your provider, and an additional 20-minute telephone call or video call, pending provider availability.
Gold: $600. Received four one-hour in-person or telehealth appointments with the provider of your choice, and two additional 20-minute telephone call or video calls, pending provider availability.

How this Subscription Program Works:

The monthly subscription fee is payable monthly from the date of sign up. Charges will be made automatically to the card on file until canceled.

For each month you're subscribed, you receive credits for the sessions outlined in your plan. For example, if you're a Silver subscriber you receive two credits for one-hour appointments and a credit for a 20-minute call.

Credits are useable with your provider in any available after hours or regular hours appointment slot.

It is our expectation that clients will use appointments in the month they're purchased. However, if you're not able to, these credits will roll forward as individual credits (for example, a credit for one one-hour appointment).

Any credits that are not used will expire one year from the date they're purchased. Expired credits are lost, and will not be refunded.

Once appointments are booked, cancelations must be made by 4pm the day before the appointment or a credit will be applied to cover the missed visit. Appointments reserved using these credits that are missed for any reason will expend the credit used to reserve it.

If you have too many credits, your subscription can be paused for up to 3 months per year.

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Clients have one year from date of purchase to redeem credits.

Does my therapist offer after-hours or weekend appointments?
To discuss which therapists currently participate in the AMH subscription program and their particular availability, please contact our administrative staff.
Does my insurance company cover subscriptions?
Subscription plans are not covered by insurance. Clients that want to participate in the subscription program will do so on a self-pay basis.
How do I schedule my subscription appointments?
All appointments can be scheduled by emailing or calling the office, or stopping by the AMH front desk during your next appointment.
Do I need to sign specific paperwork?
Clients enrolling in a subscription plan will be provided with an agreement and any supporting documentation. This must be signed prior to your first after-hours provider visit.
