I believe that in a relaxed atmosphere, people are able to focus on themselves and achieve their goals. My commitment to you, as my client, is to help to create that atmosphere in a safe and supportive way. As I support my clients in committing to change, I am committing to compassion and care.
I use a variety of clinical interventions which include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to resolve the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression and the challenges of life stage transitions. I work with both individuals, families, and couples to achieve healthy relationships and productive satisfying lives. In working with adolescents and adults I utilize an individualized strength-based approach. I work with LGBTQIA+ individuals experiencing gender identity and or sexual orientation questions in a safe and caring environment.
